(SportsNetwork.com) - The Edmonton Oilers will try to pick up their first victory in over three weeks when they host the Arizona Coyotes in Mondays encounter at Rexall Place. The Oilers have lost nine straight since earning a road win against the New York Rangers on Nov. 9. The skid is Edmontons longest since going 0-8-3 from March 8-31, 2011. Edmonton is 0-6-3 on its current slide and the clubs two most recent setbacks came in road overtime losses. The Oilers lost 1-0 in Nashville on Thursday before dropping a 4-3 decision the following night in St. Louis. The Oilers led the Blues 3-2 after Mark Arcobellos goal at 3:55 of the third period, but Alex Pietrangelo evened the score with 7:35 left in regulation.
